Puppets provide a freedom of expression that often allows the puppeteer to express their thoughts and ideas in new ways.

All supplies included for attendees to create their own DIY puppet. After making and naming their puppet, children will be encouraged to name their puppet, then ring a bell to announce the ‘birth of their puppet’ and then will be able to stand behind a small tabletop puppet theater to give their initial performance (simple songs or knock-knock jokes). This makes a wonderful photo-op for parents/grandparents/friends!

Sometimes it’s fun to take a Puppet and bump it up a notch!
For example: Take this Super-Cute Pink Pig Puppet, give her a cowboy hat, and alter a strawberry ‘house’ so that the puppeteer’s hand can fit through the back of the house to manipulate the puppet.
Voila! You have a puppet with it’s own theater! Easy to carry around for play and performance.
